Tolulope Ighodalo
was appointed Chairman of the Board of VTT LNG West Africa on February 28, 2022. She is an experienced management and human development
professional with over 45 years post qualification experience. She started her career as a young broadcaster in 1971, working with the Western
Nigeria Broadcasting Station (WNBS) before transitioning into a management consultant.
She is the founder of Creative HR Solutions and Consulting Limited and was recently the Executive Director (HR and Corporate Services) at the
Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) Plc. Before AEDC, She was an Executive Director at the National Gallery of Art, Abuja FCT.
She was the Head of Learning and Performance Management at the Power Holdings Company of Nigeria (PHCN) Plc and also Head, Human Resources
(External Relations Function) at Shell Petroleum Development Company in Nigeria. She also worked with Phillips Consulting Limited as an
Associate Director and at the Workplace Systems UK as a consultant.
Tolulope Ighodalo holds a Bachelor of Arts (Combined Honors), graduating with second class upper from the University of Ibadan Nigeria in 1976.
She also attended the Stanford Human Resources Executive Programme from the Stanford Graduate Business School USA as well as Achieving
Outstanding Performance Programme at INSEAD France.

Binta Bello-Ismail was appointed to the Board of VTT
LNG West Africa on February 28, 2022 on the back of
professional latitude including her board experience at
the National Insurance Company of Nigeria (NICON),
Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE) and Nigeria Exchange
Group Plc.
She is an experienced lawyer with almost 40 years
experience in legal practices. She started her legal
career at the Department of Public Prosecution at the
Federal Ministry of Justice in Lagos Nigeria before
working as a counsel at Kehinde Sofola & Co, a
Nigeria law firm.
She worked at the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund
(NSITF) and was a Deputy Manager at Continental
Merchant Bank Plc. (formerly Chase Merchant Bank)
before becoming the Managing Partner at Universal
Chambers, a financial, commercial and related legal
services firm.
Binta Bello-Ismail is a law graduate from the Ahmadu
Bello University Zaria Nigeria in 1984 and also holds a
Certificate of Call to Bar at the Nigeria Law School
Lagos Nigeria, and a Certificate in Legal Drafting from
the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Lagos.

Frances was appointed to the Board of VTT
LNG West Africa on February 28, 2022 and is a
trading professional with over 30 years sales and
marketing experience in corporate banking,
procurement and logistics.
She started her banking career in 1990 with
Devcom Merchant Bank in Lagos Nigeria working
in corporate banking for large corporates, projects
and transactions.
She has a well developed experience in navigating
the domestic business landscape having
developed successful business enterprises in
Nigeria.
She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of
Franxeel Limited, a trading company with focus on
goods and general merchandise, and also the
Chief Executive of VA Global Multi Business
Limited, trading company with focus on
procurement and logistics.
Frances holds a Masters Degree in Public
Administration from the Delta State University
Nigeria and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History.
Managing Director
Lee is the pioneer Managing Director of VTT LNG
West Africa providing visionary leadership and focus
within the company's decision-making process with
the support of the board and administrative
departments internally.
He has over 30 years experience in operations,
business management and project development.
Before VTT LNG West Africa, he served as the
Head of African operations at CSL Global Services
in charge of project risk management programs that
ensured best risk practices and effectively manage
and reduce practical risk exposures.
He was also the Senior Advisor (Inspection and
Operations) responsible for planning and executing
key operations and the performance of marinerelated inspections,
surveys, audits, onboard vessels, and drilling rigs.
Lee graduated from Middlesex University UK with a
Masters Degree in Marine and Operations Management, and holds a Bachelors Degree in
Engineering from the College of North-West London UK.

Biyi Oloko is the CEO for Stephen Simeon Limited.
Stephen Simeon is a UK headquartered advisory business
with operations in Nigeria and Ghana in Africa.
Biyi is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years'
experience of successfully leading and managing business
transformation projects, business start-up projects,
business turnaround projects and market entry projects in
Europe, Africa and Middle East (EMEA).
He is an alumnus of global blue chip professional services
organisations such as EY, KPMG and DXC Technology
(formerly CSC). His executive level experience includes
global brands such as PepsiCo, Thames Water and Arqiva
(formerly 186k - National Grid Wireless).
Biyi has an excellent reputation as a leading expert in
business recovery and business turnaround and has been
recommended as a leading financial expert in recovering
businesses from near terminal situations for many years.
Biyi is an active volunteer in the Berkshire region of the UK
where he is a School Governor and a Parish Councillor. He
is a regional executive member of the ICAEW and a
Trustee for SolarBrite - an international educational charity.
He is an Ambassador for the Berkshire region of the
Institute of Directors in the UK and a board member for
various UK and African based companies.
Biyi is a graduate of University of Newcastle Upon Tyne,
UK, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in
England & Wales (ICAEW), Fellow of the Chartered
Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a pioneer
Certified SAP Consultant.
Vice Chairman
Abolaji is a transactions' matters expert in international hydrocarbon, energy and shipping structuring and
financing. Abolaji currently serves as the Chief Executive at The Tranergy Partners & Company, a contemporary
merchant company focused on investment banking and advisory, commodities and brokerage, and macro research services.
Prior to The Tranergy Partners & Company, Abolaji was a Vice President (Energy) at Avante Capital (a specialized
investment banking services company) and prior to Avante Capital, he was with HBoS Banking Group UK working in credit
risk for financial and commodity hedging transactions.
Abolaji worked in various economics and complex
analytical roles with Citigroup UK and in offshore
investment and financing roles with the Bank of New
York Mellon.
Abolaji was a senior transaction adviser on the US$1.65
billion Oando Energy Resources acquisition of Conoco
Philips Nigeria and was the lead adviser on the US$170
million Mainstream Energy acquisition of Kainji Power
Plc.
Abolaji holds a Masters degree in Shipping, Trade and
Finance from Cass Business School, City of London UK;
and a Masters degree in Oil and Gas Economics from
the University of Dundee, Scotland UK.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Ikponmwosa (Ik) the Chief Operating Officer (COO) manages both the general administration and technical operations of VTT LNG, with over 25 years' experience in the Oil & Gas Industry (Upstream/Downstream operations) across project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and commissioning as well as project risk management. His work career spans both the IOC's and marginal fields, which includes Exxonmobil, Mart/Midwestern and Energia.
Ik has over 15years core project management office experience working in a corporate environment as well as sole consultant in the Oil and Gas industry and in the Gas to Power space. Providing technical specification guidance to civil/mechanical/electrical works for projects and programs of different sizes.
Ik, holds a bachelor's degree in geology from the University of Benin, Benin city Edo state, and diploma in civil engineering. He is a certified member of the project management institute (PMI) and of the Nigeria Gas Association (NGA).
Finance Manager
Solomon presently serves as the Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for all aspects of VTT's financial operations, and also its compliance with applicable statutory provisions.
Solomon has diverse experience covering General Accounting, Financial Analysis and Reporting, Expense Tracking and Analysis, Treasury Management, Budgetary Control and Forecasting, within Oil and Gas Consulting and Retail (FMCG).
Solomon holds an M.BA from Enugu State University of Science & Technology, he is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria (ICAN).
Technical and Energy Manager
Igho saves as the technical and energy manager, he plays a pivotal role in providing technical and operational support for the development of VTT project, ensuring operational alignment to engineering standards and industry best practices. He has over 22 years experience in the Nigerian oil and gas industry involved in both onshore and offshore operations, working for Atlantic fluids and integrated Services, Lemna/ Ugebig JV (Pan Ocean Ovade Gas Plant) and Daewoo Nig Ltd.DN-34
He holds a degree in Geology from the University of Benin and a postgraduate diploma in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt. In addition, he has earned a certificate in LNG Plant Operations from the American Gas Technology Institute and has completed extensive professional training in industrial engineering, gas processing and operational management. Currently, he is pursuing a master's degree in Oil and Gas Management with Energy at the University of East London, UK.

Nkem was before now Senior HR and Learning and Development at the International Rescue Committee, Head of Administration and Training at Dosorelle
Nigeria, and Head of Office at Plus One Consulting and Executive Assistant to the President at the International Conference on AIDS and STIs in
Africa.

Product Management and Logistics Manager
Gold is the Product management and logistics manager; he oversees the final products handling and logistics to offtakers location. A seasoned professional with more than 10 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Purchasing, Planning / scheduling, Key Account Management & Team Management in Natural Gas, Automobile Fuel, Industrial fuel (PNG), CNG, domestic fuel (PNG) Businesses and their logistics.
Gold holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the university of Benin, Benin city Edo state, and a National diploma in
Mechanical/production engineering from Auchi Polytechnic Edo State.

Dr. Kisalus currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of OTI Greentech AG, specializing in environmentally friendly chemical solutions for
maritime, infrastructure and oil & gas industries worldwide. OTI Greentech is the largest tank cleaning chemicals production business in Europe and is
listed on the over the counter market of the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange (WKN A2TSL2). OTI Greentech's corporate headquarters are located in Berlin,
Germany.
Before now, John has over thirty years of experience with Nalco, Nalco Exxon Energy Chemicals, a company providing on-site problem solving
innovations to the petroleum and petrochemicals industries, especially in upstream pipeline corrosion chemicals production and OTI Greentech.
He is owner of Kisalus Energy, a shareholder and advisor to Tejas Research and Engineering in The Woodlands, Texas, a specialized well intervention,
completion, material and turnkey engineering and tes6ng services company.
John holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Duke University.

Head of Existing Markets, GSM Telcom Products AS, Sandefjord and also Chief Operating Officer, Visionaire Energy AS and also Chief Executive Officer -
VTT Maritime AS, and Chief Operating Officer - VTT Maritime AS.
Roar was Product Sales Manager at SensoNor ASA, Horten, international sales manager at eime NIS AS, Tønsberg, as well as Bid Manager (Manager Proposal
Department) Kongsberg Norcontrol Systems AS, Horten. Roar also worked in the Norwegian Defence Forces - Navy and Army at operational positions in
Norway and Lebanon.
